Return Goods Policy For Unused Parts

1. All part returns must be issued with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to being returned. Call our Parts Department toll free at 1-800-328-9635 for your RGA.
2. CLEARLY NOTE THE RETURN WITH THE RGA NUMBER. Returns without an RGA are subject to additional handling charges or refusal. Refusals will be returned to the shipper freight collect.
3. Part returns must be within 30 days of date of shipment from Schwing America. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
4. All returned parts are subject to a 20% handling charge.
5. All parts must be tagged or identified with the Schwing America part number.
6. Parts must be returned in saleable condition. Schwing America reserves the right to deny any part returned that is damaged, used, or not re-saleable.
7. Electrical parts are returnable and subject to testing and approval.
8. All parts submitted for return must be shipped freight prepaid.
9. Special order parts are not returnable.
